House of Rock will never be the same

Casidee's 3rd grade teacher, Mr. Butler, has been teaching ukulele to his class all year. This week we got to see them perform. I grabbed my camera (of course, you can't NOT take pictures of this!) only to find after I got there that the battery was dead, so I had to take pics with my phone, so they're a little blurry.
All I can say is "House of Rock" and "Jeremiah was a Bullfrog" will never be the same for me. They'd written a story and incorporated songs into the story line, playing the chords and singing the words. We got to hear "House of Rock", "Jeremiah was a Bullfrog", "Surfin' USA", "La Cukaracha", "Ghost Riders in the Sky", and "Achey Breaky Heart"... along with a few others I didn't recognize. It was incredible, I'm so proud of Deeds. I guess I'll have to look into getting her a ukulele or a guitar to keep her going.
