and I had "Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me Too" in my head for the rest of the night. I used to be so into Shel Silverstein; seeing that website and hearing that poem done brought it all back. Definitely time to introduce my girls to him. His work is so amazing! Bill and I were laughing over the Peanut Butter Sandwich. I just love this guy!The joys of working with red velvet cake is that it turns everything RED!

Though not to be out done in the red category, Sam found Jes's fire engine red lipstick... at least he knew where it went.
While Jes and I pulled out the creative juices in the kitchen, the kids ran amok in the yard with the hose and pool. I didn't take a picture of the four newspapers that got dumped into the pool... whew what a sloppy mess that was!

This really was a fun night! One to add to the top of my favorites with Sista Steph!
I love Shel Silversein! The velvet cake and oreo balls look yummy! I love your messy hands and I love that right with the red messy hands you have a photo of Sam all red in the face with lipstick! Nice. At first I thought one of you attacked him with your redness. Those are some fancy treats! I hope they were worth the effort.
