Christmas cake balls

Otherwise known as velvet cake balls , these are some of my favorite things to make... and eat! And they're so fancy looking too. So we rolled our sleeves up, and plunged into the red ooey gooey mess to make the most fabulous treat for the neighbors, family, and co-workers in our lives. I promise the finger licking didn't happen until they were done helping. We cranked out five batches of these things. If you haven't tried them yet, you should!
