Maybe in my next life I should be a Postal worker

"Thank you for calling Burt Brothers, this is Stephanie."
"What kind of deals do you have on snow tires right now?"
"This is actually our corporate office, what store can I transfer you to?"
"Which ever is closest to 84103."
Dead silence on my end of the line as I sit with a befuddled look on my face. More stumped at the fact that he some how felt that to be a perfectly logical answer than the fact that I had no idea where that zip code was located exactly. I think I heard crickets somewhere in the back of my empty brain.
He interrupts my struggling silence with, "That's Salt Lake..."
Back on track, "Do you want the Sugarhouse or Cottonwood store?"
I have since learned there are 13 zip codes for Salt Lake city alone.

What do you mean, I thought for sure that amongst ALL the things you have to get accomplished on a daily basis you most certainly have time to memorize zip codes and what city they are for... I mean being a single mom of four beautiful, ENERGETIC girls is totally a piece of cake right?
