24th of July... or in non-Utah terms... Pioneer Day

We decided that for the 24th we would go see the fireworks at Liberty Park. Hind sight being what it is I am a)very glad we sat two blocks away at a school's baseball diamond/soccer field and b) now understand why they were so lame. For those of you who don't live in Utah, or do but live in a box and didn't watch the news, some of the fireworks started shooting off sideways into the crowd and the show, in complete chaos that we knew nothing about at the time, was cut short. But we had a lot of fun having pillow fights and visiting with Bill and Jess and Brenna and Sam.
