Brynn wanted to go ice skating for her birthday so we rented a room at the Rec center and pulled out our Hannah Montana party plates and cake (from Parsons, the best bakery EVER). What a great night!

Brynn is in awe at the blanket her Aunt Jessica made for her. Frankly so am I!
I stood there looking at this group of overly active kids and realized that the majority of them have never been on the ice before. For a split second I wondered what on earth I had gotten myself into. Too late to think about that now! Ok kids! Here we go! And please don't fall and break your heads open until your parents come back!

Sean fell right off the bat and got a good goose egg on his eyebrow, but he kept at it even ended up liking it.
Jayme is a speed demon! But only if she has your hand to hold on to.
Brynn's a pretty crazy skater. I think Cali has better balance than she does! LOL. She never wanted help though, and didn't use the wall very much either. Her friend Gracie is behind her in the picture.
Tayler did a dang good job all on her own. By the end of the night she was venturing away from the wall.
